I've just done a Fresh install of Windows XP SP3 and then installed IO

libraries 15.0 and Vee8.5 to several PCs (AMD5600+ dual core and 2GB RAM)

On rebooting, it takes ages for the Agilent IO icon to appear in the

system tray, and If I run Agilent Connection Expert it takes 90seconds (I

timed it!) before the first splash screen appears, then loads up in a few

seconds after that...

PS,

1) Vee 8.5 runs up normally with no significant delay...

2) Its the same on several PC's - and some have different

motherboards/drivers 3) I tried updating to IO lib15.1 - no difference

Can anyone suggest what is going on?
